- The Daley Institute has lots of value in today's market. Two key ones for the expected tough 2009, the Daley Institute can dramatically increase your odds of success with their analysis and as a temporary team to help resolve your strategic problems. Second, if you're looking to replace lost sales and willing to look outside the box, the Daley Institute team has a great outside perspective that will translate into real dollars now when you need them most.

- You have taught us that building a team has been important to our business. "We have become more careful of how we talk to each other, and we are offering praise on the job well done. In return we are learning sharing more with each other and we now have a wonderful environment to work in." "You were right, this does work! Thanks for everything Pam!"

- Why was John good for MWA? Well, in more ways than I want to write, because you forced us to do things for our own good, even when we knew what to do. But, then didn't do it.
Good Example: We managed to go 15 years without an Employee Handbook. We knew we needed one, but we were in a Very Heavy Growth Mode (still are) and that was valuable time WASTEDÂ on an Employee Handbook that could be spent growing. Reality: Â You put us on a timetable and we completed it. If not for that handbook we would have had several HR squables over the past 1 1/2 years. We would have spent more time settling HR disputes than it took us to write the Handbook. Already paid for itself.
2nd Example: I always believed in Coaching because I came from an MBOÂ background. But because it came from YOU, now Dean believes it too.
I can think of so many reasons why a Coach is important to help guide a Company in the right direction.
Go get 'em.

- First of all thank you for your experience and support, Erin has learned and developed so much with your help and coaching. We both miss you and even though she probably didn't tell you, I know Erin feels like she is losing a mentor that she respects very much...If you remember, when you first came on board she was not very impressed and yet look where we are today....Any success we have will be directly attributable to your efforts. Thanks again and good luck.
